Using the site
All tools are free and can be used for personal travel planning and reference. You may not: use the site for anything illegal; run bots, scrapers, or automated attacks against it; or submit false information through the contact form.
Tools are for reference, not advice
The calculators, converters, and checklists on Nomadi Kit are informational tools — not professional advice. Currency rates are static estimates. Visa, voltage, and sizing data may be outdated by the time you read them. Before making a travel or financial decision, check with the airline, embassy, bank, or other official source. If something goes wrong because you relied solely on a tool here, that responsibility is yours.
Content ownership
The text, graphics, tool logic, and design of Nomadi Kit belong to us. You are welcome to share links to any page. Reproducing or republishing the content requires written permission.
AI features
Some tools use third-party large language models to generate itineraries, answer questions, and offer suggestions. These AI outputs can be wrong, outdated, or nonsensical. Double-check anything the AI tells you before acting on it. We do not use your inputs to train AI models, but we may log anonymized usage to improve the service. We may change or discontinue AI features at any time.
Availability
We try to keep the site online and the tools working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Tools and content may change or be removed as we improve things.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Nomadi Kit is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site — including financial losses, disrupted travel, visa problems, damaged devices from incorrect voltage, or inaccurate conversions.
